How It Works

Set up your schedule

You or a family member tells us your medication schedule during sign-up. We configure every reminder — morning, noon, evening, or whenever your doctor prescribed — with the names of your medications and any special instructions.

Receive your daily reminders

At the right time every day, you'll receive a text message. It will say your name, list your medications, and ask you to reply YES when you've taken them. That's it. Works on any phone — smartphone or basic flip phone.

Reply and you're done

Reply YES and your dose is logged. We'll let you know you're all set and remind you when the next dose is coming up. Your confirmation is recorded so your caregiver or family member knows you're on track.

If you don't reply, we follow up

Life happens. If we don't hear back within 15 minutes, we send a gentle second reminder. If there is still no response, we can automatically notify a family member or caregiver you've designated — so someone who loves you knows to check in.
