Once per day, you'll receive a brief summary of how your loved one's medication check-ins went. You'll see whether they confirmed on time, and if anything was flagged. No news is good news — if everything went smoothly, you'll get a quick confirmation and that's all.
Real-time missed-dose alerts
If your loved one doesn't respond to their reminder — even after a follow-up — you'll receive an alert immediately. You can then call them, visit, or reply ACK to let us know you're handling it. We pause further alerts for the day so you're not flooded with notifications.
Weekly adherence reports
Every week, you'll receive a full summary: how many doses were confirmed on time, how many were late, and how many were missed. You'll also see trends — if Wednesday mornings have been a consistent problem, you'll know to adjust.
ADJUST and PAUSE commands
Reply ADJUST to change your loved one's medication schedule (for example, after a doctor visit). Reply PAUSE and give a return date to hold all reminders during hospital stays, travel, or any disruption to their routine.
